Construction Drawings

Not all builders require Detailed Framing Plans, particularly if the house is not structurally complex. If you do require framing plans, they are drawn after the design details of the home are finalized.

These plans are required to be signed by an Engineer in North Carolina and are essential for obtaining permits for construction to begin.

In addition, should your builder request them, we can also provide a detailed Bill of Materials, listing all the major structural components.
