Concept Plans
As the first step in realizing your design ideaas, we will provide you with preliminary concept drawings to help you visualize the space.
These floor plans are basically space layouts, drawn to 1/8" scale, but without detailed dimensions and notations. As you refine your ideas, we will continue to incorporate your changes into revised concept plans until you're satisfied with the space layouts.
Once you've decided on the general design of each floor, we will draw the plans to 1/4" scale with dimensions, window and door sizes, appliances, and plumbing fixtures.
Our plan book offers a wide range of designs for you to consider - everything from rental cottages to full-time residences of all sizes.
You can purchase a plan "as is", or we will work with you to modify any plan to suit your individual needs, your budget, and the specific requirements of your lot.
We can also work from pictures of houses you've seen that appealed to you, floor plans you've seen that you'd like to modify, or sketches on the back of a napkin!
